We are passionate about helping everyone we work with to make meaningful nature connections, and birthdays are no exception.
Our wild parties are the perfect way to celebrate your occasion in style, for anyone from 2 to 102.
Take a look at this video for a taster of a Wild Party. Shot in February, this party had a Wild Play theme. The birthday boy had been to our Wild Camp and simply wanted to recreate it for his friends and family to celebrate his special day!
Our parties come from years of experience working with people of all ages and abilities in the outdoors, exploring safe levels of risk to create memorable experiences and build confident happier people - and have a bit of fun!
All of our profits go back into our work as a Community Interest Company for the benefit of the people and nature at our sites. All our events are held at the Wild Woods at Westwood Farm, RG31 6GG.
We have a superb staff team with up-to-date insurance, DBS, training, policies and procedures. We follow the Forest School Association guidance and procedures as an industry standard. Many companies will market 'Forest School' parties, but we often find that staff aren't as qualified, trained or passionate as ours. We ensure all Forest School parties are led by fully trained staff to keep everyone safe.
You are welcome to bring along additional snacks (we find crisps and chopped vegetables work well) and your own cake and candle.
Parties cost £300 everything for a party for 12 Kids; the team, the food, site hire, setup and pack down, insurance the lot. You just turn up with a cake and your kids and watch the fun!
We are currently offering a 10% discount for parties booked by 30th April for this calendar year. Deposit required by bank transfer, Paypal or Ticketlab to confirm your booking. This brings the price to £275 for 12 children.
We can offer competitively priced party bag packages (no plastic, sustainable and wild-themed) and fresh coffee, tea and biscuits for any grown-ups who stay.
Our parties are run by fully qualified and insured Forest School Leaders, teachers, youth workers or Outdoor Practitioners, with all relevant first aid training and equipment to give you full peace of mind for your little ones.
We've tried and tested many wild parties and have come up with some for you to choose from, based on our experience of different ages and wild children.

The small private nature reserve is used by both Brookfields SEN School and Westwood Farm Schools throughout the week. Our profits go towards improving and maintaining the site for all of it's users. The woodland has a copse area, a nature pond, mud kitchen, a summer house and an A frame shelter over an open fire area. We are always improving the site and open to new ideas and helpers from the community.
We do not have access to the local school for use of their toileting facilities so we suggest you go before you come. We have a basic 'toilet shed' with a camping toilet in, contact us if you would like more information about our toileting policy.
The site is accessible by wheelchair and buggy however some parts of the site can on occasion get very muddy or uneven in wet weather.
To book a party, get in touch with us with some preferred dates, choice of wild party and age of the children and we will check availability and get back to you.
Please note. upon confirming the booking we always ask for a deposit by bank transfer.

Our site is just off Sage Road, look for a large metal gate - tucked inside the entrance to Brookfields SEN school.
The nearest bus stop is the Sky blue 16 - Warley Rise stop.
The site is not accessible from Westwood Farm School at weekends, so if you arrive there you will need to walk around the entire site to access the entrance. Google maps estimates this takes about 9 minutes on foot via the footpath if you follow directions to:
Westwood Farm Wild Woods, Sage Road, RG31 6GG
