Our Birthday Parties are paused till March

Please Note… We move everything to the new site in Gloucester Road on the 2nd August and close down at the Wild Woods, Westwood farm.  Sadly this means we won’t be ready to run parties after this date until Gloucester Road is up and running and ready to party! 

We hope to be able to start parties again in the spring.

Our parties, priced at £290, include everything you need for an unforgettable Forest School Party. For added convenience, we offer various extras such as sustainable party bags and refreshments for adults.

What’s included in a Wild Party?

• 2 hour party (usually Saturday 2-4pm) in the wild woods, for 12 children (additional children can be added to your booking) run by our trained team. You can choose from our standard themes, or we can discuss with you a more tailored theme.
• Private use of our established forest school site (including site fees and booking all handled by us), canvas ‘A Frame’ shelter and summer house for rain showers, mud kitchen, hammocks, wheelbarrows and nature pond,
• A campfire expertly managed by our trained team throughout, including a campfire lunch with ‘proper’ sausages in rolls served on large picnic tables (dietary options can be catered for),
• Marshmallows for toasting and/or popcorn cooked on the campfire, (vegan and gelatin-free options available),
• Colourful birthday bunting (golden number helium balloons are an optional extra),
• Squash and Hot chocolate (served in colourful plastic cups – you are welcome to provide your own themed patterned cups if you prefer),
• Sauces, plain serviettes and a covered table to lay everything out on (you are welcome to bring a themed cloth if you like),
• Materials for all activities, hot water, use of our camping toilet and hand washing facilities,
• A small gift and card from our team for the birthday child.
• A kids DIY facepainting station, complete with stencils, mirrors, pens and ideas for them to go wild!
• All our staff are covered by our public liability insurance, DBS checked, Level 2 Outdoor First Aid Trained and our site is set up all year around.

We provide cups, squash, jugs, plain serviettes, tablecloths, a knife for cutting the cake, a table to put it on and plates.

We ask for a £100 deposit to reserve your date and our team, and the remainder of the £290 to be paid one week before. Still not sure? Email Lou to chat more hello@wildcitycollective.org

Wildlife Party

A good fit for ages 4-8.

Best in April – July.

Think pond dipping, bug, frog and newt hunting and you’re on the right track. Includes plenty of tree climbing and wild games.

We set up our best silverware, pallet tables and lots of flowers, and your kids go for it. Includes outdoor play and crafts tailored to your child’s age group, such as nature crowns.

What are your optional extras?

Not included, but available to add to your party or you are welcome to bring yourself to avoid paying us;

Important Note:

• To secure your date, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party via bank transfer. A team member will remind you closer to the day.
